INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 50g garlic chives, cut into 5cm pieces
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut garlic chives into 5cm pieces. In a bowl, mix eggs and chicken stock powder.
Heat half of the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently until fluffy. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, heat the remaining sesame oil. Add garlic chives and stir-fry briefly over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, then return the eggs to the pan and stir-fry together.
