INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 bunch nira, chopped
- 30g harusame noodles
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź’§ 500ml water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- đź’§ 1/2 tbsp water
STEPS

Cut the nira into 1cm pieces after removing the roots.

In a pot, bring the soup base ingredients to a boil and add harusame noodles. Cover and simmer on low-medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add the potato starch mixture to thicken the soup. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir gently until fluffy. Add nira and mix briefly, then drizzle sesame oil.
