INGREDIENTS
Crust
- 7 ounces graham crackers (about 13 crackers) or 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 🥜 1/4 cup roasted salted peanuts
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 🧈 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling
- 🧀 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 🥜 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 🧂 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounce Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 cups Snickers®, finely chopped
Topping
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1/3 cup Snickers®, chopped
- 🥜 1/4 cup roasted salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
STEPS
Gather all ingredients.
For crust: Place graham crackers, 1/4 cup peanuts, and brown sugar in a food processor and process until crumbs are very fine, about 45 seconds. With processor running, pour melted butter through the chute and process until combined, about 10 seconds.
Transfer mixture to an ungreased 9-inch pie plate; press evenly into the bottom and sides. Freeze for about 15 minutes until hardened.
Meanwhile, make filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and 6 tablespoons caramel sauce with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until creamy, about 2 minutes. Scrape down bowl sides as needed.
Add powdered sugar and beat on low speed until smooth and fluffy, about 10 seconds. Carefully fold in whipped topping in 3 additions until fully combined. Fold in 1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers® until evenly distributed.
Spread 2 tablespoons caramel sauce evenly over the bottom of the chilled crust.
Transfer filling into the crust and smooth the top into an even layer. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
Before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce on top. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup chopped Snickers® and peanuts. Freeze for 5 minutes to set the sauce.
