INGREDIENTS
Base
- 70g crushed Oreo
- š§ 30g melted unsalted butter
Blueberry Filling
- 200g room temperature cream cheese
- 180g heavy cream
- š§ 70g sugar
- 80g room temperature plain yogurt
- š 6g lemon juice
- 6g gelatin sheets
- 100g blueberry puree
- Blueberries for garnish
STEPS
Mix crushed Oreo and melted butter.
Press the mixture firmly into a mousse ring lined with plastic wrap.
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, yogurt, lemon juice, melted gelatin, and whipped cream.
Set aside a portion of the mixture for the top layer.
Mix the remaining filling with blueberry puree.
Pour the blueberry mousse into the mousse ring.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
Pour the reserved cream cheese mousse over the blueberry layer.
Refrigerate for 6 hours to fully set.
Warm the mousse ring with a hot towel and carefully remove it.
Decorate with fresh blueberries.
Serve and enjoy.
