    • 1 tbsp potato starch
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Mince the green onion and cut the roasted seaweed into 10 equal pieces.

Place all meat mixture ingredients into a plastic bag and knead until sticky. Cut off the tip of the bag.

Place 1/10 of the meat mixture onto each piece of seaweed and fold the seaweed in half. Repeat for all 10 pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the tsukune for about 4 minutes, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked.

Serve the tsukune on a plate and garnish with the egg yolk.
