INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 50g chopped pickled nozawana
- đź§… 10cm thinly sliced green onion
Seafood
- 200g fresh clams
Condiments
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
Spices
- đź§„ 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 whole chili
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Pasta
- 200g spaghetti
STEPS
Cut the pickled nozawana into bite-sized pieces, crush the garlic, and thinly slice the green onion lengthwise.
Boil water in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add clams and sake, cover with a lid, and steam until the clams open.
Add nozawana, green onion, mirin, soy sauce, and cooked spaghetti to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute.
