INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 60g nozawana pickles
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kombu tea
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
STEPS
Cut nozawana pickles into bite-sized pieces. Halve the garlic, remove the core, and crush it with a knife. Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (1 tbsp, not included in ingredients), and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat.
Once fragrant, add nozawana pickles, octopus, chili, and kombu tea. Stir-fry until combined.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix quickly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
