INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
Vegetables
- 50g chopped Nozawana pickles
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Chop the Nozawana pickles into small pieces. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over high heat and pour in the eggs, stirring quickly.
Add the cooked white rice to the pan and stir-fry until the rice is separated and fluffy.
Add the chopped Nozawana pickles and stir-fry. Then add the seasonings (dashi powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce) and mix well.
