INGREDIENTS

- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/2 stick mentaiko
- 2–3 shiso leaves
Porridge Base
- đź’§ 400 ml water
- 100 g oatmeal
- 1 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Cut open the mentaiko and remove the roe. Crack the egg into a bowl and beat it.

Add the porridge base ingredients (water, oatmeal, dashi powder, soy sauce) into a pot and heat over medium heat.

Once boiling, add the beaten egg and stir gently until the egg begins to set. Serve in a bowl and top with shiso leaves and mentaiko.
