INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🐙 200g boiled octopus
- 🥔 2 small potatoes (240g)
- 200g daikon radish
- 1 grilled chikuwa
- 1 sheet konjac (130g)
Broth
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- 💧 600ml water
STEPS
Peel and cut the potatoes and daikon radish into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the konjac in boiling water for 2 minutes to remove any odor.
In a pot, combine water, mirin, salt, soy sauce, and dashi granules to create the broth.
Add the potatoes, daikon, konjac, and chikuwa to the pot. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the boiled octopus and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve hot in bowls with a portion of each ingredient and some broth.
