INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 150g rice cakes
- 1 sheet fish cake
- 🧅 1/4 green onion
Seasonings
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
STEPS
Prepare the rice cakes, fish cake, and green onion by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter and cooking oil.
Add the rice cakes and stir-fry until slightly crispy.
Add the fish cake and green onion to the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Mix chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, sesame oil, and cooking wine in a bowl to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the ingredients are evenly coated.
