INGREDIENTS

- 1 pack (100g) okahijiki
Protein
- 2 chikuwa
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌾 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- đź§‚ Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
STEPS
Cut the okahijiki into bite-sized lengths. Slice the chikuwa in half lengthwise, then cut into thin diagonal slices.
Boil water in a pot, add the okahijiki, and blanch for 20 seconds. Cool immediately in cold water and drain well.
In a bowl, combine the okahijiki, chikuwa, and all the seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
