- 3cm daikon, julienned

STEPS
Cut okahijiki into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Drain excess water.
Julienne the daikon and shred the crab sticks.
Combine the cooked okahijiki, daikon, crab sticks, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
