INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 100g okahijiki
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Flour
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut okahijiki into 2cm pieces. Mix with salt, then add flour and mix well.
Crack eggs into a bowl and mix. Add the okahijiki mixture and lightly combine.
Prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chili oil, and sesame seeds in a container.
Heat half of the salad oil in a frying pan. Add the okahijiki mixture and cook over medium-low heat until golden brown on one side. Flip and cook until both sides are evenly browned.
