INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 300g cooked rice
Seasoning
- 4 shiso leaves
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Okaka Mayo
- 4g bonito flakes
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Mix bonito flakes and mayonnaise in a bowl to make okaka mayo.
In another bowl, mix cooked rice, salt, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Divide into 4 portions.
Place 1/4 portion of rice on a piece of plastic wrap, add 1/4 portion of okaka mayo in the center, and shape into a triangle. Repeat for all portions. Wrap each onigiri with a shiso leaf.
