INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 300g ground meat
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/4 onion
- 50g frozen edamame
- 🥦 4 florets broccoli
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes
Other
- 100g fresh okara
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp grain mustard
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
Finely chop the onion and thaw the frozen edamame.
In a large bowl, mix ground meat, onion, edamame, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, fresh okara, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and beaten egg until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the surface.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes until cooked through.
Prepare the sauce by mixing Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and grain mustard in a small bowl.
Serve the meatloaf with the prepared sauce drizzled on top.
