INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 6 okra pods
- 40g kimchi
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- White sesame seeds, as needed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
STEPS
Rub okra with a pinch of salt, rinse with water, trim the stems, and slice into rounds. Roughly chop the kimchi.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ground pork, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add okra and stir-fry briefly, then add the seasoning ingredients (☆). Cook until the liquid evaporates.
Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with the stir-fried mixture, kimchi, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
