- 🐙 120g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 5 okra (60g)
Spices
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili

- 150cc olive oil
STEPS
Sprinkle okra with salt (extra, as needed), roll it on a cutting board, rinse with water, and pat dry. Trim the stem, remove the calyx, and cut diagonally in half. Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add octopus and okra, then simmer over medium heat.
