INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 4 okra pods (48g)
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
- 1/2 green onion
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
Liquid
- 💧 400 ml water
STEPS
Rub okra with salt, rinse under water, and pat dry. Trim the stem and slice into 3mm pieces. Slice the green onion thinly.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain.
In a pot, combine all ingredients marked with ☆ and bring to a boil. Add okra, wakame, and green onion, then simmer on low heat for about 1 minute. Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
