INGREDIENTS

- 4 cups blackberries
- 🍚 1 cup white sugar
- 🌾 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 large egg
- 🧈 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Evenly distribute blackberries in the dish; set aside.
Combine sugar, flour, egg, butter, and vanilla in a bowl and stir until well combined. Drop by spoonfuls over fruit and spread with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven until fruit is bubbly, 38 to 43 minutes.
Optional: Heat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place cobbler in the air fryer until topping is crunchy, about 5 minutes.
