INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥦 2 florets broccoli
Frozen
- 50g frozen potato
Hamburger
- 120g ground meat
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
Shrimp Fry
- 🍤 4 shrimps with shell
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Breadcrumbs as needed
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Ketchup Rice
- 🍚 300g cooked white rice
- 2 sausages, sliced
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Mince the onion and slice the sausages thinly.
Remove the vein from the shrimp, peel the shell leaving the tail, and make small cuts inside. Season with salt and pepper.
Coat the shrimp with mayonnaise and then breadcrumbs.
Mix hamburger ingredients in a bowl until sticky, divide into two portions, shape into patties, and remove air pockets.
Place hamburger patties, shrimp fry, and frozen potatoes in a pan. Drizzle shrimp fry with salad oil and cook over medium heat, flipping occasionally. Flip hamburger patties once browned. Remove shrimp fry and potatoes once cooked.
Wipe excess oil, add broccoli to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for 4 minutes.
Remove the lid, take out the hamburger patties and broccoli.
Add sausages to the pan, stir-fry briefly, then add white rice, ketchup, consomme powder, and stir-fry. Season with salt and pepper.
