INGREDIENTS
Pasta / Noodles
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 1 piece tarako (25g)
Dairy
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Seasoning
- A pinch of consomme
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetables
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
Liquid
- 💧 200ml water
STEPS
Cut open the tarako and remove the contents.
In a frying pan, bring milk, water, and consomme to a boil.
Break the spaghetti in half and add it to the pan. Mix well, cover, and cook on low heat for the time indicated on the package, stirring occasionally.
Remove the lid and stir lightly. Add mayonnaise and mix until incorporated.
Turn off the heat and add tarako, butter, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Plate the pasta and garnish with chopped green onion.
