INGREDIENTS

- 🧅 1 onion (200g)
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp miso
STEPS
Cut the onion in half vertically, then slice each half into quarters to create wedge-shaped pieces.
Mix the sake, mirin, and miso in a bowl to create the miso sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the onion wedges, and cook for about 2 minutes on low heat until browned. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until tender.
Add butter and the miso sauce to the pan, stirring to coat the onions evenly. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens and adheres to the onions.
