INGREDIENTS
Wrapper
- 8 dumpling wrappers
Protein
- 8 sausages (160g)
Dairy

Oil
- Salad oil, as needed

STEPS
Make two vertical cuts on each sausage.
Cut each slice of cheddar cheese in half.
Place half a slice of cheddar cheese and one sausage on a dumpling wrapper. Brush water on the edge of the wrapper and roll tightly to seal. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 170°C (1cm depth). Fry the wrapped sausages for 2–3 minutes, turning until lightly golden.
Serve on a plate with ketchup on the side.
