Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound tilapia fillets, fresh or thawed
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • fresh lime or lemon
