INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦪 8 oysters (120g), shucked
Dairy
- 🧀 80g cream cheese

- 8 crackers (24g)

- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
Condiments
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧈 20g salted butter
STEPS
Mince the garlic finely.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the oysters over medium heat, patting dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Add the garlic, white wine, soy sauce, sugar, butter, and oyster sauce to the pan. Stir and cook over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
Spread cream cheese evenly on each cracker, place an oyster on top, and garnish with chopped green onion.
