INGREDIENTS

- 🦪 150g shelled oysters
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red paprika, julienned
Cooking Essentials
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- đź’§ 100ml water
- 1 tsp sliced chili
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion and julienne the red paprika. Wash the oysters in water, pat dry, and coat them evenly with potato starch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat and cook the oysters until golden brown.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sauce ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, water, chili). Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
Add the cooked oysters and sliced vegetables to the sauce. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
