INGREDIENTS

- 🦪 250g shucked oysters
Vegetables
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic

- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes

- Olive oil as needed
STEPS
Wash the oysters gently in salted water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Cut the garlic clove in half, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the oysters and cook until most of the moisture evaporates. Add the oyster sauce and stir until the oysters are cooked through without burning.
Transfer the cooked oysters, garlic, bay leaf, and chili flakes into a sterilized container. Pour olive oil over the mixture until fully submerged. Let it cool, seal the container, and refrigerate overnight.
