INGREDIENTS
Grain
- 🍚 2 cups washed rice
Seafood
- 🦪 150g shelled oysters
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms, separated
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- Dried parsley, to taste
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pepper, to taste
STEPS
Mince the onion, dice the bell pepper into 1cm cubes, and separate the shimeji mushrooms.
Wash the oysters gently in water, changing the water as needed, and pat dry.
Heat butter in a pan, add oysters, pour sake, cover, and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add washed rice, seasonings, and the oyster cooking liquid to the rice cooker. Add water up to the 2-cup mark and mix well.
Place the vegetables and oysters on top of the rice and cook using the normal rice cooking setting. Garnish with parsley before serving.
