    • 🍚 1 cup washed rice
  • Seafood

    • 🦪 80g shelled oysters
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
    • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
    • 🍄 1/4 pack shimeji mushrooms
  • Seasonings

    • 🧈 10g salted butter
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • A pinch of dried parsley
    • 💧 Water as needed
    • 1/4 tsp consomme
    • 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • A pinch of pepper

Mince the onion, dice the bell pepper into 1cm cubes, and trim and separate the shimeji mushrooms.

Wash the oysters in a bowl of water and pat them dry.

Heat butter in a pan, add oysters and sake, cover, and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. Separate the oysters from the cooking liquid.

In the rice cooker, add the rice, seasonings (consomme, salt, soy sauce, pepper), oyster cooking liquid, and water up to 2mm below the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Layer the onion, bell pepper, shimeji mushrooms, and oysters on top. Cook as usual.

Serve the pilaf on a plate and sprinkle dried parsley on top.
