INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 100g strong flour
- 50g weak flour
- đź§‚ 2 tsp sugar
- 2g dry yeast
Wet Ingredients
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 5 tbsp lukewarm water
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
Filling
- đź§€ 2 slices processed cheese
- 🍖 2 slices ham
STEPS
Mix strong flour, weak flour, sugar, dry yeast, milk, lukewarm water, olive oil, and salt in a bowl. Knead well into a dough.
Spray the dough with water, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise until it doubles in size (1.5–2 times).
Divide the dough evenly, shape into balls, and flatten into circular shapes.
Place cheese and ham on one side of the dough, fold it in half, seal the edges, and shape it neatly.
Arrange the dough in a frying pan, spray with water, lightly coat the surface with olive oil, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the panini and press gently with a spatula. Cook for another 4–5 minutes on low heat until golden brown.
