INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers, about 120g
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Other
- Enough flour for coating
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🥢 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove stems and seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the yellowtail into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes, then pat dry with a paper towel. Lightly coat with pepper and flour.
Mix the mayonnaise, doubanjiang, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the yellowtail and cook until golden brown on one side, then flip.
Push the yellowtail to one side of the pan and add the bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the sauce mixture and stir to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes.
