INGREDIENTS
Sauce
- 🧅 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 🍋 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 🍯 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

STEPS
Gather all ingredients.
Mix together green onions, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, honey, mustard, and ginger in a shallow bowl and set aside.
Rinse snapper under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Dip snapper into the marinade to coat both sides.
Cook snapper in the hot skillet until opaque and lightly browned, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Pour remaining marinade into the skillet. Reduce heat and simmer until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 2 to 3 minutes.
