INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🌠2 sausages (40g)
- 120g pea sprouts
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- đź’§ 400ml water
Garnish
- A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Trim the roots of the pea sprouts and cut them into thirds.
Cut the sausages diagonally into thirds.
Heat a pot over medium heat and add the seasoning ingredients. Bring to a boil, then add the sausages. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the pea sprouts and bring to a boil again. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper.
