INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of bread
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can of tuna (70g)
Vegetables
- 1 pack of pea sprouts
- 🍅 4 slices of tomato
Condiments
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Trim the roots of the pea sprouts and cut them into 2cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix the pea sprouts, tuna, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place tomato slices and the tuna mixture on one slice of bread, then cover with the other slice. Cut the sandwich into halves.
