Ingredients
- 4 pears
- 3/4 cup 100% orange juice
- 4 teaspoons sugar

Wash hands with soap and water.

Peel the pears and cook in a double boiler for 15 minutes.

Mix sugar and orange juice and cook over low flame for 5 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.

Place steamed pears on individual plates. Pour 1/4 of the juice mixture over each and serve.
