INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers, diced
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom, diced
Seafood
- 4 tbsp baby sardines
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ A pinch of black pepper
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers and dice them into 1cm cubes. Dice the king oyster mushroom into 1cm cubes.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk them, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil and grated garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the diced king oyster mushroom and stir-fry briefly. Add the eggs and mix quickly, then add the cooked white rice and stir-fry to break up clumps.
Add the diced bell peppers and baby sardines to the pan and stir-fry.
Season with soy sauce and black pepper, and stir-fry until the rice becomes fluffy and well-coated.
