INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 1 chicken breast (50g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🌰 White sesame seeds to taste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 1 packet (2.5g) bonito flakes
STEPS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice them thinly.
Remove the tendons from the chicken breast and slice it diagonally. Place the chicken and sake in a microwave-safe container, mix, add the bell peppers, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Shred the chicken while mixing, add the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, bonito flakes), and mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
