INGREDIENTS

- 10 myoga bulbs
Pickling Liquid
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp salt
- 50 ml vinegar
- đź’§ 200 ml water
STEPS
Combine sugar, salt, vinegar, and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
Cut the myoga bulbs in half and blanch them briefly in boiling water. Drain well.
While still hot, immerse the myoga in the pickling liquid. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
