INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200g pink sausage, sliced
- 50g chives, chopped
- 100g kimchi, chopped
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
Seasonings

- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Slice the pink sausage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with a little oil and pan-fry the sausage until golden.
Lightly sauté the chopped chives in the same pan or blanch them in hot water.
Chop the kimchi finely and stir-fry it in the pan with a touch of sesame oil and sugar.
Mix the cooked rice with sesame seeds, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt.
Take a portion of rice, place the stir-fried kimchi on top, and shape into a rice ball.
Layer the rice ball with chives and pink sausage, then tie with a chive strand.
