INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 200g cooked rice
- đź’§ 600ml water
- 🥚 2 eggs
- đź§… 2 stalks chopped green onion
- 3/4 piece pollock roe
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 2 tsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Chop the green onion into small pieces and prepare the pollock roe by removing the seasoning and extracting the roe.
Beat 2 eggs lightly with chopsticks and set aside.
Heat a pot over medium-low heat, add sesame oil, and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
Add the cooked rice to the pot and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Pour 600ml of water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 7-8 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Add the pollock roe and continue stirring for another 5 minutes.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pot in a circular motion and cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and mix in the chopped green onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
