INGREDIENTS
Chicken
- 🍗 300g chicken breast
Breading
- 3 tbsp frying flour
- 🍞 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 🥚 1/2 egg
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp chili sauce
- 2 tsp rice wine
- 1 tsp olive oil
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut chicken breast into 1.5–2 cm cubes. Mix chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, rice wine, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Mix breadcrumbs with 2 tbsp hot sauce (e.g., Tabasco) by hand.
Combine marinated chicken with frying flour and 1/2 egg (about 4–5 tbsp egg mixture).
Press chicken pieces into breadcrumbs gently to coat evenly.
Fry chicken at 170–180°C until golden brown. Fry only once; ensure the chicken floats immediately upon hitting the oil.
