INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🍆 3 eggplants (240g)
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Thickener
- 3 tbsp potato starch
Garnish
- 🌰 A pinch of white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Cut off the stems of the eggplants and slice them into large bite-sized pieces.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Place the eggplants, pork, and potato starch into a plastic bag, seal it, and shake to coat evenly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork and eggplants, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Add the sauce ingredients (sugar, ponzu soy sauce, and water) and stir-fry quickly until thickened.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
