INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives, cut into 4cm pieces

- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Egg
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Cut the garlic chives into 4cm pieces and slice the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork belly, and stir-fry until the color changes. Remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and grated ginger) and coat the pork. Add the garlic chives and stir-fry briefly.
Serve the cooked white rice in bowls, top with the stir-fried mixture, and place an egg yolk on top.
