- š 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 bunch garlic chives, cut into 3cm pieces
- 100g shimeji mushrooms, trimmed and separated
Seasoning
- š§ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Season the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Trim the garlic chives and cut into 3cm pieces. Trim the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.
Add garlic chives, ponzu sauce, and black pepper. Stir-fry briefly to retain the crisp texture of the chives.
