INGREDIENTS
Meat
- š 100g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers (90g)
- 60g konjac (pre-boiled)
Oils and Seasonings
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- š§ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- š§ Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Season the pork with salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well.
Cut the bell peppers into thin strips and slice the konjac into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until browned.
Add the ginger, bell peppers, and konjac to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Mix sake, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and pepper in a bowl. Pour over the stir-fry and mix well.
Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry and serve hot.
