INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g minced pork
Vegetables
- 10 shiso leaves, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp miso
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Other
- Potato starch, as needed
- 3 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Chop the shiso leaves finely.
Roughly mince the pork and lightly pound it.
Mix the pork, shiso leaves, and seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, miso, ginger) in a bag. Shape into small balls and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork balls and cook while rolling them until fully cooked.
