INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
Noodles
- 40g dried mung bean glass noodles
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/3 stalk minced green onion
- 1 clove minced ginger
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- A dash of sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/3-1/2 tsp doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)
- 💧 1/2 cup water
STEPS
Cut the pork into 2cm wide strips. Peel and julienne the carrot. Mix all the spicy miso sauce ingredients together.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced green onion, ginger, and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the pork and cook until it begins to change color, then add the carrot and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Mix the spicy miso sauce again and pour it into the pan. Once it starts boiling, add the glass noodles and simmer for about 3 minutes. Mix everything well and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
