INGREDIENTS

- 🐖 200g pork neck meat
- 🧊 1 block soft tofu (about 300g)
- 🥬 1 cup fermented kimchi
Seasonings
- 🌶 1 tablespoon red pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon soybean paste
- 🧄 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 4 cups broth
- 🌾 1 teaspoon sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and lightly cook it on both sides with sesame oil.
Add kimchi and stir-fry with red pepper powder to release the aroma, then pour in the broth.
Add soybean paste and garlic to season, then cut the tofu into large chunks and add it.
Simmer on medium heat for about 15 minutes, allowing the ingredients to mix well.
