INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- Optional mitsuba leaves
Oil
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
Tofu
- 🧈 150g firm tofu
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 100cc water
- 3 tbsp miso
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
Thickener
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Staple
- 🍚 2 servings cooked rice
STEPS
Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.
Add bean sprouts and stir-fry until softened.
Crumble the tofu by hand and add it to the pan, stir-frying together.
Add sake and water, bringing the mixture to a boil.
Add miso, sugar, soy sauce, and pepper, mixing well and bringing to a boil.
Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry, then add it to the pan, stirring until thickened. Optionally, add mitsuba leaves.
Serve the mixture over cooked rice and enjoy.
